The doctor took time to explain every detail of a test I had and calmed my immediate concerns by showing me photos to show the situation. He shifted some of my medication by looking at test results and spoke about solutions in next steps. It was a reassuring visit for me.

The doctor shared my medical history with me so there was no confusion about anything. He discussed my history and explained the medical implications of what happened to me. He allowed me to say what I thought about my continued treatment before he recommended what he thought. Together we agreed on the best plan for me. I feel very confident in my medical plan going forward. And the doctor was very personable during the appointment. He never talked over my head but in language I understood!
