I was first seen by the fellow. He did a thorough exam and listened to my whole story so that he could understand how my chronic problem progressed. He was professional but very kind, caring, and thorough. The attending, Dr. Zachary was excellent as well. He explained so much. Did his own assessment and went through the options. He explained the need for the next test I needed so I understood what they were trying to rule in or out. They told me if I was in too much pain or needed something, I could contact their office. This is honestly the most cared for I have felt at the clinic in a very long time. I felt heard, respected, and like my problem was a real medical issue.
