Dr. Chan provided an extraordinary experience in a time where I''ve felt the usual routine of a cardiologist was just to hustle me through the office and out again, barely delving into my issues. Dr. Chan went to lengths to examine my past test results and compare those with current tests to determine the need for treatment and to assauge my concerns about a heart valve problem. He also made sure I received additional diagnostic tests that were overlooked by my GP and other cardiologists. I have total confidence in Dr. Chan and he showed a rare level of care in our current medical services world.

One of the most worst experiences with a doctor in a long time. I explained things regarding my condition. And this doctor didn't care at all didn't even care to look at paperwork I brought to show him . Was very rude from the moment he walked in didn't even greet me . Just walked in and asked why are you here seeing a heart doctor for . Very bad bedside manner.

I am very happy with the care I received from Dr Chan. He explained, I am on your side. I am here to help you all I can. That sincere statement put me at ease. My situation turned out to be nothing serious, but I was very worried before receiving test results. I appreciate Dr Chan's style. I recommend him without hesitation.

Overall, appointments are very hard to get for the shorter term. The Drs. Tend to be short on time and rushed. Communication after tests with Dr. Chang is very limited. No news is good news is what his support tells me.

This was for an initial visit with Dr. Company as I am, along with my wife, moving to have all of our medical providers in the Cleveland Clinic system. Even though Dr. Chan has a schd. To keep, he did not rush through this 1st meeting. He reviewed history, meds, past surgeries, prior tests, etc to familiarize himself with me as a new patient His staff was excellent, as was the resident who accompanied him. Fwp tests were arranged before we even checked out. The process was impressive
