Dr Ratchitskya is always professional, kind, caring, courteous,. She reviews & carefully evaluates what needs to be done. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor. Personally, I don''t like having to rate anyone, but I happily rate her as EXCELLENT. She''s everything anyone would want in their specialist - Passionate about her field, but also very personable.

Dr. R is an excellent provider

Like I said before, it''s a very clean sterile place. They''re fishing and wiping the examination equipment, cleaning it, preparing and adjusting it for me and also with the taking of pictures. Very thorough, hygienic, professional and courteous doctor outstanding in all areas. Communication relaying my situation to me and made me thoroughly grasp the fullness of my existing problem from before and is handling was very efficient and quick care. Like I said I am grateful she is just above and beyond average. That''s for sure. Glad to have her

Person who gave me the eye chart test could have been more cordial but I understand that they were busy that day because she''s such a good doctor and she was very focused. Very courteous and prompt. Very efficient as far as my examination from her. She was very thorough. She showed a a focus devotion to my problem and handled it very professionally and very well explained so that I could understand what was going on. I''m making progress. I''m very happy with her examination assessment to provide me with proper treatment to heal my eyes. I think she is a very professional and courteous to myself and my wife and the complete explanation of what had happened and that she was working with trying to fix what the first three doctors completely messed up. I give her credit for the effort and professional treatments that allowed me to progress and heal my eyes in a much shorter time than the other doctors who messed up the surgeries on me. I highly respect her abilities and for her professionalism. As a confident and very caring doctor, she actually cares about her patience. I feel at least she does with me. She has given me back my hope and a great bit of my eyesight in her treatment and her assessment and discernment is extraordinary. I wish I would have went to her before my first surgeries and had her do it and I''m sure that things would have turned out much better cuz I trust her abilities and she''s very very thorough. I am thoroughly pleased and grateful for her accepting me as a patient and treating me with such confidence and the wholeness of the idea of just not putting a Band-Aid on like the other the first few and she actually made a difference. I would go to her or recommend her again anytime. She has my full confidence and trust. She is a par a class doctor. I hope she is appreciated cuz she deserves definitely gratitude for her fortitude, her commitment and her abilities

I have a lot of confidence in this provider

During injection to left eye Dr. Reed put claim on left eye it hurt and when she took clamp off it was very painful. The tissue iuse to dab eye had a drop of blood on it. I have been getting these injections since August 2023. This only the second time I encountered extreme pain.

From Dr. Rachitskaya to her staff, we are always treated with outstanding care as I prepare and get my eye injections.

I noted that the Fellow who provided the injection in my eye never provided his name. I believe that should always be done as an introduction even if you are implementing the real ent directed by the physician

Dr. Rachitskaya had a true interest in my eye Health. She even followed up with making sure that I had acquired the proper prescription to keep the eye pressure in my left eye under control Extremely pleased with her abilities and thoroughness

So many patients want to see Dr. Ratchitskaya that it is increasingly difficult to get an appointment when needed.
