Had severe eye problem In January and wanted to see Dr. Rachitskaya. Was told her first available appointment was in May. Had to see a doctor I didn't know. You require these doctors to fill up every second of every day so there is no provision for emergencies; that's not right.

Alexandra is an amazing physician.She discusses her findings, includes me in the plans going forward and follows up with my regular Ophthalmologist. She also remembers previous conversations and refers to them. Like seeing a friend rather than someone who doesn't relate.

The wait wasn't very long, and I was seen by a very nice staff. The doctor was very pleasant as usual.
