Dr Yuan is a pleasure to visit! Aside from the fact that he is a superior eye surgeon, he is quite personable and always takes time to listen to me and is open to conversation. He has asked me if I would prefer to be transferred to an eye specialist closer to my home and I always give him the same answer: I want to see you and the drive is not that bad.

Dr Alex Yuan is the best doctor I ever had in the clinic concerning my eyes. I had an issue that was 1 in 100 experiences that people have.

Cole Eye Institute is very impressive. My visit with Dr. Yuan and the other Dr., whose name escapes me, we're informative, very thorough and everything was explained to me in detail. They both took the time to answer my questions and attempted to easy my fear and apprehension.

Dr. Yuan is very personable, doesn't talk over my head and answers any questions I have. He and his staff work very well together as a team.

Dr. Yuan answered all of my questions very well & listened attentively and gave a recommendation for a colleague in Vanderbilt Hospital, which is much closer to my home.

It was a lot of info to take in at one time, also I was surprised about the fact there was more than one issue going on with my eyes. I felt Dr. Yuan explained it all well and asked if I had questions. At the time I did not absorb it all so I did not ask too many questions, so he went over it again that was helpful.

Recommended by my brother and always tell everyone how great it is at Cole Eye Zinstitute.

Dr Yuen is the best and his assistant Sam is so kind. Great team. My mom has been going to Dr. Yuen for a few years. She has vascular dementia and they treat her very well.

In spite of his very busy practice I've never felt rushed by Dr Yuan. I am very pleased with the care I got.My only complaint Is that in spite of this very busy practice and sometimes the wait is longer than I'd like.

Dr. Yuan was fantastic. He was courteous and respectful of my concerns.

I really appreciated It when Dr. Yuan finished his exam, sat down, looked me in the eyes and asked me if I had any questions or concerns before he left the room.

Only knock is the availability of Dr. Yuan. He's awesome, but only available on Thursdays in Ashland. Again, not really anyone's fault, just the state of affairs.
