About Alexander Geyer

Biography

Dr. Geyer earned his medical degree from New York University in 2003. He completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Harvard Medical School. His clinical and research work have been in airways diseases (such as bronchiectasis, asthma and COPD), pulmonary infections in immunocompromised patients, complications of cancer and pleural diseases. After practicing at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for 12 years, he moved to Lenox Hill Hospital where he directed a Bronchiectasis and Non-tuberculous Mycobacterial Lung Disease center. More recently, he joined the Cleveland Clinic as a member of the Comprehensive Bronchiectasis Care center. He sees patients at Main Campus and Hillcrest Hospital.
