I love Dr Goyanes. I was diagnosed with a severe and complex disease and I have seen many doctors. She is the only doctor I have seen that listens to me. She hears and addresses my concerns. She provides solutions that have not only improved my quality of life but have also significantly improved my mental health. I am so grateful that she is my doctor. I'd recommend her to anyone
