Dr. Roth listen to my concerns and made good suggestions, such as referral to a marriage counselor. She plans to follow up with a January appointment after I see Dr. Shah in the sleep center to discuss plans after a home sleep test.

I can't say enough good things about Alicia, her knowledge, insight, and empathy. The CCF needs more caregivers trained in behavioral sleep health.

Alicia offers skills and insight that could help a lot of people, if only more doctors referred patients to behavioral sleep medicine earlier in treatment. It was way more effective than any sleeping pill I ever tried.
