Dr Duncan acted like I was the most important person in her day. She has a GREAT personality, put me at ease, and just seemed to care as if I was an important friend. Very thorough, without seeming rushed.

I wish I could score Dr Duncan higher, excellent! Everything you ask: excellent. She explained a lot, uses darn good communication (repeat, reword, ask me if I have questions), and still helped me feel comfortable, even though there are (new) pending medical diagnostics/still searching for answers.

Alissa was very thorough in her explanation of my outcome. She reviewed details of what I should expect. The only recommendation I have is that she should hand out a summary of what she discussed. There was a lot of info and I was probably only hearing every other word since I was still apprehensive about the catheter removal.

Overall my visit was a good experience the doctor was awesome and helped me with my health problem I look forward to see her again
