Amber provided a Visit Summary which clearly Indicated types and amounts of food and exercise recommended for me to move forward. The session was Informative and respectful, She reviewed my food journal and asked pertinent questions. I very much appreciated that she took the time to answer my questions. In addition to the Visit Summary, Amber provided a meal plan handout that opened more options for a variety of healthy foods and meal planning. It was an excellent visit and I find her to be a dedicated and competent professional.
