I do not use the portal but my experience with the doctor in general, Amr Morsi, was excellent and his nurse, Cassia, was just as pleasant.

There's no word to describe how everybody makes you feel a person and not a number everybody's so efficient and so nice from the front desk the phone people, the nurses and of course Dr. Morsi The kindest most patient doctor explained with so much patience to me and to my son who was a doctor about all the pros and cons in the procedure with so much kindness and empathy that's why I chose him and I chose this hospital even though it's far away from my house

Dr. Morsi was excellent. Very caring and displayed genuine concern for what I was physically experiencing.

I was so impressed with Dr. Morsi that I'm considering doing the procedure with him. He took his time to speak to my son that is a doctor as well that is in New York. He spoke to me at lengthy, and I will seem very soon after my physical therapy following his instructions.
