When I need to return in a year I will make certain I am scheduled with Dr. DeLong. He was not only knowledgeable and very professional, he took time with me because I didn't know what to expect. I had never had that test before.

Dr. DeLong is is absolutely incredible at his job. He really connects with the kids and puts their needs above anything. He makes the appointment/testing so fun and engaging. Roman spends the appointment laughing and is sad when it's over.

My daughter is shy and doesn't open up quickly but he was able to gently encourage her to participate in her audiology exam. I appreciate his kindness and skill.

My son has anxiety issues and Andrew was wonderful. I was worried when he had to go into the audio booth but again Andrew spoke with him every step of the way and making him feel relaxed
