He was so professional and also understanding with a a refreshing and kind bedside manner that many providers tend to lack. So I was happy to have him as part of my medical team, and would recommend him to others. He took his time to make sure we understood everything and explained this well, and was also patient and supportive.

The PA (Andrew) was extraordinary. He was friendly, personable & caring. Andrew asked important questions; reviewed history; throughly explained suspicions with empathy; did not rush the appointment, making sure all my questions were well-explained; & thoroughly walked me through next-steps. He welcomed my input. He reviewed medication options & the pros & cons of each. He made me a partner in next steps, including medication options.
