I absolutely love the fact that I am always treated with kindness and respect whenever I have an appointment with Dr Andrew. He is kind, he listens and he solves the problem. He includes me in the decision making for my care and I respect that. I always feel heard and I always leave knowing he's going to take care of me. Thank you so much. You don't get that with all care providers so it doesn't go unnoticed. I like him a lot and that says a lot.

I had shoulder replacement surgery. After my surgery, I went to Dr Proctor because the fingers of the affected arm were numb. Dr. Proctor gave me a cortisone shot, BUT it had little to no effect on the numbness of my fingers. As of today, April 30, my left hand is still immobilized.
