He interacts very effectively with other health practitioners in his office area. He treats patients and guests with great respect, and monitors all situations to assure desired outcomes are achieved. He's a great teacher + professional!

I had shoulder replacement surgery. After my surgery, I went to Dr Proctor because the fingers of the affected arm were numb. Dr. Proctor gave me a cortisone shot, BUT it had little to no effect on the numbness of my fingers. As of today, April 30, my left hand is still immobilized.

Though I know Dr. Mashke very well, I am always pleased to see Mr Proctor. He is vey knowledgable and professional.

Dr proctor is wonderful. He listened to me, answered all my questions, and focused on me the whole appointment. He also used the sign language interpreter properly and spoke directly to me.
