The care provider who cares for me gives me so much personalized attention to detail, instructions and explanations with what feels like even a little extra consideration and empathy toward me that all I can be is thankful. To me the dedication of the team and care provider toward my healing and feeling better have really seemed miraculous as I've never experienced such wonderful kindness from any provider. Also, I really regarded with a lot of respect that the care provider makes all of his decisions thoughtfully enough that they are discussed with staff before he comes to any conclusion.

He spoke rather fast not because he was in a hurry but that was just normal for him. It would be nice if he slowed down a little. This is not a complaint but just a suggestion
