Dr. Roberts took her time with me. Agreed to support me in my health with other providers. Very easy to talk with and explain my health and medication needs.

I needed a script for bloodwork. Actually called me back after the doctor send in the order. Rare now a days !!!! I like Dr. Roberts as Dr Roberts actually listens to me and cares.

I was told there would be a video visit and what time and date it would be. If there was a NA selection, I would have chosen that response. Dr. Roberts is amazing. I am happy that she is now affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic.
