I needed a check up from an eye surgeon. The clinic made one with a Doctor that after talking to me decided I needed a different doctor. It took at least a week to get this settled. After getting the appointment with Dr Singh it was a day earlier than the original.

Dr Singh is the BEDT

In dr. Sing office about 4 minutes. Said would have to have surgery on eye. Then left room for fire drill. Thought we good have gone back in for farther talking but she said check out information will be at the desk.

Dr. Annapurna Singh did not tell me what I wanted to hear re: cataract surgery; but I respected and accepted her reasoning for not doing the surgery now.

Excellent care. Dr. Singh saved my vision two years ago on my left eye and now saved my vision on my right eye with a different procedure.

In general, my main criticism of Cleveland Clinic is getting an appointment in a timely manner. This is MOST IMPORTANT for Senior Citizens. I live in Lorain and although I drive, I do not like the traffic going to Cleveland and had to get a driver to travel to Cole Eye in Cleveland. Otherwise, I had to wait 2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Singh whom I''ve seen before and with whom I am comfortable.

Over the years, my condition was handled by 2 eye doctors , both communicated well, spent the time and answered questions. But the current doctor is different. The 1st doc retired, the 2nd doc mo Ed to Akron.

Dr Singh is the consummate professional!

Dr. Sengh has my total respect. She surprised me with her ethics. I rate her a five in every area.

My recent visit was wonderful. The Tech was very kind and helpful. Dr. Singh was also very kind and answered all my questions.

Dr. Singh is professional, answers all questions and concerns. She makes a patient feel confident In making decisions because you have all the information. She is very caring.

For my vision concerns I am very confident in Dr. Singh. Not sure I feel that way about all my providers

I was so impressed. On my visit, I was correctly and quickly diagnosed with a relatively rare condition and a treatment plan provided. I called for an appointment that same day and had a diagnosis and plan by end of day. The Cole eye center did an amazing job from start to finish especially Dr. Annapurna Singh- 5 stars for sure
