I was prepared to use an ultimatum for an issue that has been ongoing. However, Dr. Lombardo entered the room stating that she had spent much time on my record and insisted that my problem had to be resolved. I am finally on the right track!!

Dr. Lombardo is by far the best PCP I have ever had. She comes in well prepared having read any tests or bloodwork that I had previously to the appointment. She gives thouthtful medical suggestions as opposed to to just prescribing yet another pill. She often suggests well let''s try this first and then maybe then move on to something different . She gives thorough explanations and reasons for her thoughts and suggestions. She is open to my comments and plain talk and follow up if I feel that I need more info.

Dr.Lombardo went above and beyond my expectations. She listened and addressed all of my questions and concerns and truly cares about her patients.
