    I was thoroughly impressed. If the highest was a ten, I'd give that. He listened intently. He addressed every single concern throughout his explanations and suggestions. His explanations were the best I ever experienced. And they made complete sense with the and why I was experiencing the issues I've been experiencing. I can't say enough about his explanations and suggestions. I was so inspired. All suggestions also were doable and easy to incorporate. I'm easily thinking about and doing the suggestions as I plan meals and snacks. I started this week to walk in place and thru the house for ten minutes after each meal. I changed it the first time to fifteen each time, walking with knees moving up, and moving my arms while holding 3 lb. Weights in each hand. After the first 15 minutes I had the idea to keep moving my legs in that same manner while peeling and cutting vegetables for my soup. It was so easy to do and also did the same with a few other simple chores. I hope I can continue with this, and not fall back on this commitment. He's amazing.
