I asked Dr. Sarraju about how much stress affects high LDL. He said it was not a factor at all. Everything I have read about high LDL, the number one cause is STRESS. Dr. Sarraju did not ask me about my personal daily life, my sleep habits ( which are terrible) , my high anxiety, my overwhelming body pain which are all contributors to elevated LDL. He is an enthusiastic champion for statins. Statins cause body pain. I do not need any more of that.
