When I finish an appointment with Dr. Pociurko, she always tells me the time frame for my next visit and I schedule before I leave. I''m on my way in minutes, it''s on my calendar, easy.

Other than my Dermatologist, all my Doctors are in the Cleveland system. The support staff is always helpful, friendly and efficient. I also like that my records are shared between Doctors so they all can see what''s going on with me.

I love Dr. P, she knows her stuff, explains things in language a layman understands, is thorough and is concerned with my health. She''s friendly, relatable while also being professional.

I feel very confident with my doctor. She takes time to listen to me and my concerns and she also answers my questions in detail if necessary without rushing me out of the room.

Dr Pociurko is thorough, listens to my concerns, and answers all my questions. I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend her.

Finally found a primary doctor that is very good.

Dr. Pociurko cared about my pain problem and listened to my concerns and anxiety about getting medication to treat my foot and lower back pain that I have endured for the last 19 years. She explained prescription pain medication procedures and protocalls and really cared about my prescription concerns. She suggested options and gave me a referral to see a pain specialist as my pain Is getting worse.

I had a great experience at my recent visit. From check-in to seeing the provider, the staff was professional, courteous, and attentive. My new provider had excellent bedside manner and took the time to listen to my concerns, review my lab work thoroughly, and explain everything clearly. I felt heard, respected, and cared for. Even when it came to receiving a vaccine which I wasn't quite ready for the process was handled smoothly, and I felt comfortable throughout.
