Care provider Benjamin Zak is great; he took the time to listen to my situation and assessed it accordingly. I love that he keeps me updated on my test results as they come in through the Mychart portal. He is doing everything he can to figure out what is going on with my stomach, so appropriate treatment can be chosen based on what is going on.

I don't usually like being with a male provider, but he took my concerns seriously, was happy for me to be part of the decision-making process and answered all of my questions.

I had a wonderful experience with this physician assistant and can't say enough good things about him. He was incredibly caring and compassionate, truly took the time to listen to our concerns, and never made us feel rushed. He explained everything clearly, offered thoughtful and practical advice, and made sure we felt comfortable and understood. Beyond his medical knowledge, he was just a genuinely kind and easy person to talk to, which made a stressful situation so much better.
