It is extremely difficult to get a specific appointment with Dr. Bert Brown because of patient overload.

Barbie is wonderful with Dr brown. They know my fears and make me feel relax

The doctor didn''t wash his hands after leaving another patient & had a bandage on his thumb he grabbed the scope with his bare hands with no latex gloves a put it through my nose with the bandage thumb I hope I don''t get sick from this doctor

Very good doctor. No nonsense. Gets to the examination and advises on his findings. Would recommend.

I have known Dr Brown for decades and is a great doctor. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I hope retirement doesn''t happen for quite awhile longer.

Love Dr. Brown! 1st time meeting him and it was wonderful to see him

Mr. Brown didn''t seem interested in treating me. I had the impression I was an inconvenience to him. He did basic testing and said I have sensitive membranes. What kind of a diagnosis is that????? I am still light headed; he offered no further testing. My PCP and I had both hoped for middle ear testing. Instead, I''m no further along in a diagnosis and this appointment was a waste of time and fuel.

Provider was rude when I had a check-up.

Dr. Brown is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident he correctly diagnosed my problem and had the appropriate remedy. He does the Cleveland Clinic proud!!

The appointment was rushed. Wasn''t a complete exam, no conversation. We was rushed out the room once he felt like he was done. Left with no answers and still in the same place we was in when we got there. This is the second tome my autistic child was seen by this doctor and I felt Iike the care was very dismissive.

Been going to Dr. Ron for years and knew I''m actually in the 80s when he first started and he''s always known what he''s doing and sufficient and pleasant no complaints

Dr. Brown is an exceptional physician. He has helped me get through my sinus issues and return me to health. I recommend him to anyone who is having sinus issues. He's the best.
