I love my surgeon Dr Bilal Butt and the nurse who helped took care of me and I''m very much satisfied in the work they committed themselves to make sure that I''m taking care of through my well being and I''m happy with that and the services they provided me.

Dr. Butt was wonderful! He listened to me and answered all of my questions in terms that I could easily understand. I felt like he genuinely cared about me as a person.

Dr Butt is excellent at listening and answering your questions. He is very knowledgeable. He is concerned about how the results of the surgery is affecting my quality of life and is very caring. My surgery was extensive due to a fall on top of life long (over 50 years) arthritis so results aren''t perfect but I am mobile and upright so I am happy!!

Overall I was disappointed in the care of the non-medical staff and attitude toward helping. The dr. and surgical staff was outstanding as well as the follow-up by the dr. staff. But the nursing staff did not hook up my sleep apnea machine. The nurse techs. who stayed in my room were fantastic.

MD had very limited time with me but did well with his time. But no physical exam was done. Not sure how accurate decisions/ recommendations are made when that does not happen.

I love Dr. Butt's bedside manners. And incredible doctor who took the time to listen and answer all questions. He spoke to us in Layman's Terms so we could understand and visually showed us exactly what the hardware looked like. Explained the reason for it. Cleveland Clinic has an unbelievable doctor for sure.

Doctor explained to me in words that I understood what the problem was and the best way to possibly fix it. Very personable, courteous. He talked with me, not at me. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Butt's demeanor is one of confidence but not with an overbearing sense of ego. He is a collaborator, wanting all options for surgery understood and potentially agreed upon.

He performed my surgery, corrected my problem, and enabled me to walk without pain and regain my quality of life. He is professional, kind, reassuring, and skilled. I highly rcommend him to anyone with spine problems and would look to him if I were to have future problems.
