Dr. Bo Xu, called me by telephone and helped me login. He was very patient and kind.

On that day I was not feeling well at all. After explaining my situation to Dr. Bo Xu, he listened and came up with a plan to adjust my medications. He took two medications away and added two new ones. It will be one week tomorrow since I spoke to him and one week this Friday since I started my new medications. As of this past Sunday I have been feeling great again. I have not felt this good in over a year! Thank you Dr. Bo Xu!

That was the first time I have ever done a Tele Visit. I was very happy with it and would do it again. In my opinion Dr. Bo Xu made all the difference.

Dr Xu is always excellent. Very kind, listens well and really seems to care. Explains diagnostic testing very well and eases any fears I have and answers all questions very well. This year, he had a Fellow who saw me first. She was very excellent, as well! Very knowledgeable and Cleveland Clinic should definitely consider keeping her after her fellowship, if she would like to stay there.
