Dr Mooney, described his recommended procedure. I didn't like the recommendation at first and then he gave me an alternative. I took his alternative decision and then when I got home, I thought about it and discussed with my wife and decided to contact Dr Mooney via My Chart and told him, I will take his 1st recommendation. He then proceeded to contact the surgery center to schedule the procedure.

Brandon Mooney not only made me feel validated in my care but he also took the time to explain why I am experiencing the symptoms I've been experiencing. I haven't had a better experience with a care provider before as they usually brush my symptoms aside and prescribe me with a medication I am not in need of. I appreciate the education provided during my visit and the empathy.
