This appointment was the result of questions I had about a previous appointment with Dr. Roth. I thought everything went much better than I had expected except for a tendency by ombudsman reaction to defining my concerns as complaints. I needed clarification and context not any kind of defensive posture.

This time Dr. Roth was unhurried and affable. All my questions were answered fully. I appreciated his attitude and information. The doctor was everything I could have wanted regarding the questions for which I needed clarification.
