Dr. Mcwilliams was super responsive to a message I sent her regarding what I believed to be a chest infection. She got make to me same day with an offer to conduct a virtual meeting within a few hours, which I accepted. The meeting was unrushed, and she prescribed me what she believed to be the appropriate antibiotic, and it has worked. She also scheduled follow up tests to explore what else, if anything, may be going on, which gives me confidence my health is on good care.
