Carla was awesome, answered all of my questions and provided clear instructions for treatment options to follow after the appointment. Hopefully I don''t need another reason to see her again, but when that time comes I''d gladly seek her out again for help.

Really liked Carla, She was professional and kind and helped ease my mind about a situation that I had thought was much worse.

Whole experience was easy, convenient, and great. I''m pretty bad at actually going to the doctor in general but I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

I saw Nurse Practitioner CARLA MERRICK for my visit and it was an absolutely excellent experience. As a Cleveland Clinic nurse myself for many years, I know good care. Carla superseded all my expectations and hopes for the visit. She was so very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and in a positive manner. Her sincere concern was obvious. It was one of the best care appointments I have ever had.
