Dr Oak and staff worked diligently to get me an appointment to see a surgeon , while I was in Cleveland, as I am out of state. I was very impressed with their efforts. All surgeons were booked. I will be going to the Akron area on Jan 19th. That is fast, considering how hard it is to get referrals in our present health care climate. Sick people and not enough professionals to see them. I was in the medical profession for over 43 years and was giving excellent care, compassion and professionalism from all whom I encountered
