I was so pleased with Colin Bilski and his approach to my concerns. He is both a great active listener and educator. He knew exactly what my problem was and explained what my options were. I didn''t feel pressured to pursue any course of action. After I told him what I thought, he said he agreed that the conservative approach was best, but he also made sure to let me know that I could pursue other options if that did not work. He told me to mychart him in four weeks to determine if any further action is needed. I loved his approach!
