After a scary diagnosis and no responses from local providers, Dr Cavanaugh''s visit was nothing short of amazing. He was patient and kind. Listened to all our concerns and addressed each one with care. My husband and I came to the visit with a great deal of uncertainty and fear, Dr Cavanaugh provided a clear path forward and laid out optimistic expectations for the future. I appreciated his sincerity of care and feel that my health is in good hands.

I''m very comfortable with him. I feel he is caring. He is reassured me that he''ll call me if I can''t get a hold of him on My Chart and if I need anything just to leave him a message and he will get back with me. I believe he''s one of the best.

You have to take the appointment that is available they say. Sometimes she gets sent to the wrong place when you Phone. I have asked them to ask the doctor questions about my blood work. They have the office has said that they would get back with me. Never have that has happened two or three times. However, I did speak to my doctor about this. He told me to leave it on My Chart and he would get back with me. I believe I have one of the best doctors in that hospital. Otherwise very good. His name is Dr Cavanaugh super good.

As I have said the doctor''s great the staff needs improvement. They will tell you they''ll get back with you and they don''t. They''re not very caring or interested in what''s going on it''s almost as if you''re bothering them. I know they are busy, but they need to be a little bit more personable with people and keep their word and get back with people.

I know that I have kidney problems but I have told every doctor about having severe diarrhea for 50 years and any time I talk to a doctor about the diarrhea they change the subject??? I learned to live with it for years but it has gotten worse in the last 3 months and no doctor wants to discuss that problem!!! Great kidney doctor though. He seems concerned about my kidney problem
