Unfortunately, there is still nothing that can be done about one of my issues, and she covered that very professionally. She made some suggestions, but made it clear that there is no solution. My issue is tinnitus. I like her manners completely.

Courtney always takes time to listen to all my concerns, I have multiple problems going on and I never feel rushed. She takes the time to listen to me. She responded quickly to email questions.

Courtney was very positive about mh overall health, but she was concerned with one issue (choesterol levels). She gave me an order for a CT scan of my heart at UH, which was free, which proved that I was fine. I appreciated her giving me a way to determine this.

Courtney is so compassionate. I wish I could give her more than a 5! She never makes me feel rushed. She listens and is genuinely concerned about your needs. My emails are always answered the same day, unlike most Drs. Offices.
