Dr. Seng is wonderful. She listens to my concerns and helps me understand the different medications including how it works within the body, side effects, outcomes, effectiveness, etc. She is one of the only providers I have seen at Cleveland Clinic that seems to genuinely care and I appreciate the time she takes to explain everything.
