Once I was in the exam room the Dr. As well as his team were very friendly, they took time out to answer any questions that I had and explained everything in detail. I didn''t feel rushed through the appointment as I did with Dr. Sterns as I only saw him for the most 2 mins and spoke more with his nurse.
