About Daniela Isakov

Biography

Daniela G. Isakov, MD, is a pediatrician at Cleveland Clinic Children's. She is board-certified and received her undergraduate degree in biology Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland State University in 1994. Dr. Isakov received her medical degree and in 1998 from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, then completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She is a 2004 Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Isakov's professional activities have included Department of Pediatric CME Representative for Saint John West Shore Hospital where she was also an Infant Care Class Instructor. She was also involved with Healthcare for the Homeless, through which she provided medical treatment at no cost to patients. Dr. Isakov is the Pediatric Section Head at the Twinsburg Family Health and Surgery Center. She also sits on the Policy and Procedures Committee for pediatric and primary care, and is the Physician Champion for Pediatric Telemedicine.

Dr. Isakov’s research interests have included perinatal research and parasitology and immunology.

    Dr. Isakov is wonderful as expected. She always expresses her willingness to help and guide us on the best health recommendations while speaking to my child in a way she can understand.

    Dr. Isakov is a gem. I'm a very anxious new mom and she was so patient and calm with me and was very reassuring about our concerns. Excellent bedside manner and communication. A keeper!
