1st time meeting Dr. Kiko appt was swift; felt a little rushed through for a 1st time visit

This was an amazing experience the staff and provider were so helpful and caring

I''m so grateful for Dr. Kiko! During my delivery, we had a really tough time with shoulder dystocia, and it was incredibly scary. Dr. Kiko remained calm and followed the right procedures, which was a huge relief. My son is here safe and sound because of her quick thinking and expertise. I can''t even begin to express how thankful I am for her and her team.

I was referred to Dr. Kiko by my PCP and waited several months for my new patient appointment. I have a complicated history and was looking forward to discussing with Dr. Kiko. I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment (as instructed) and waited over an hour to see the provider, without any communication that she was running behind. My appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes but Dr. Kiko spent less than 5 with me in the room and did not allow me any opportunity to have a conversation with her about any of my concerns privately. It was clear she was rushed and did not want to take the time to get to know me as a patient or care for me at all. I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated and how have to come back to the clinic for another appointment, but will not be continuing my care with Dr. Kiko. I understand providers are busy but patients should come first. I felt completely dismissed and left the office in tears.

Excellent experience with the dr and staff but bad experience finding building as the sign out front makes you think your at a stats care not a ob gyn

Would recommend Dr Kiko to all women but would definitely tell them about the poor signing out front you think your at the wrong place

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Kiko, Dr. Willard, my anesthesiologist Molly, and the lactation consultant Sami! They were all amazing!

Left feeling so good about appointment. Appreciate the time taken from provider to sit and talk through things and answer all questions. She always takes my thoughts into account and includes me in decisions regarding my care.
