The entire process, from arrival at reception to departure, was one of the best I've ever experienced in the medical field. Dr. Hellman was excellent! He really took the time to listen to my problem and made me feel comfortable. Unlike my doctor in the past, Dr, Hellman said took his time to examine my pain and tried to figured out my problem. He also put my daughter at ease in telling her that he will take care of me.

The appointment was an ease to make. The person who scheduled the appointment was very professional, nice, and friendly. More importantly, he was really trying to help get me an appointment as soon as possible to see Dr. Hellman due to the amount of pain I was having.

I am very pleased with the services of Dr Kellerman and his assistant. The .medication and advice doctor provided worked within 24 hrs as he said. Thank you doctor for your help I feel much better.

Dr. Hellman was excellent. He dresses very professionally and speaks thoughtfully and clearly. He even texted the head of the gastro department on my behalf as to availability of further treatment for an endoscopic biopsy. I am very grateful to have been able to meet with him. I drove 3 hours to see Dr. Hellman because I needed a 2nd opinion for a diagnosis & treatment plan. Since this was a new patient visit, I didn't know what to expect. What I discovered was a doctor who did his homework prior to seeing me. He reviewed previous doctor notes, bloodwork, & tests along with details from MyChart. Dr. Hellman was patient and compassionate. In words that I could understand, he explained the medical diagnosis, treatment options & even the research notes that I did on my own. In today's era of Wealth Care instead of Health Care, finding Dr. David Hellman was like finding a needle in a haystack. Thank you Doctor for your empathy, patience & professionalism.

Dr. Hellman is friendly, communicates clearly and considers what it is like to be in the patient's shoes. He has a no-nonsense approach when tackling my health challenge, which I appreciate. He outlines next steps so you understand his thought process and the result he wants to achieve. If every doctor behaved like this, Cleveland Clinic (and our entire healthcare system) would be much better.
