Dr Hykes is one of the best Dr's I've ever had and I see many many Dr's and specialists. He is so knowledgeable with genuine caring in every visit! He takes his time he makes sure he has all the information he needs and also that I understand along with my daughter who accompanies me. He is always eager and willing to stay on top of tests, med changes needed, the results and thoughts from all my other specialists!!! So even though the scores for scheduling are low it's due to the popularity of Dr Hykes!!! I am so willing to wait my turn for this extraordinary Dr!!!

This provider is excellent and does his best to care for me. Shows concern for all my many health issues. There are some other providers who are the same but overall it is very difficult to get coordinated care at the Cleveland Clinic in genetal
