Doctor was thorough & took the care & time to write directions for me for taking the medicine . Everyone was helpful & courteous & attended to my needs professionally.

We needed a pre-op visit before, a get acquainted visit. Dr Schwartz was very accommodating. The visit went well.

To tell you the truth I was considering looking for a provider outside of Cleveland Clinic. The reason being when I am ill I have to go to urgent care where they tend to over treat me. However I respect Dr. Schwartz and feel like he always understands me and provides excellent care. He also makes me laugh. So I will not be leaving Cleveland Clinics for my primary care because of Dr Schwartz.
