Dr Joseph has always been cheery and friendly at each visit. Even though I am the older person she has been almost motherly in her concern and even when she needed to gently correct me about following the medicinal strategies she has prescribed. This continues through her responding to my messages through My Chart which may be more than average. A+ for all she does for me.
