The video was clear and I felt as I was in the office speaking with the doctor

My physician explained all my results and medication as to why she was prescribing the medicine for me

All the staff I interacted in were caring and seemed to care about me. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Galen to my friends. It was very easy getting an appointment for my annual physical.

Dr. Galen was a good listener and was empathetic. She gave good advice. I would highly recommend her to friends.

Mrs. Deborah Galen is an excellent provider. She is genuinely concerned for my health and well-being. She always provides feedback and education specific to me and my related health issues. She does not rush me out of the office during my visit. She actually listens to my concerns. I drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to see her, and I will continue to do so because great healthcare providers like her are really hard to find.

Deborah Galen was knowledgeable in any area of concern I brought up. She would lay out the pros and cons of a procedure in a way that allowed me to make my decisions with clarity and confidence. Never did I feel rushed. While she was efficient with our time, I never felt like I was a task that needed to be checked off in some tiny box of time. She was able to convey a sense of empathy for my visit that left me feeling as though someone cared about my health, someone was on my side. I don't know that I can communicate how welcome that feeling is these days.

Dr. Galen actively listen to all of my concerns with care and compassion. Her feedback was Inline with my concerns and health. It Is very Important to feel seen and heard during appointments. I believe Valuable Health Care Is a colboration with your doctor.
