Biography
Devon Conway, MD is a Staff Neurologist in the Neurological Institute’s Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis Treatment and Research at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Conway also sees patients at the Fairview Hospital Neurological Institute. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and also completed his neurology residency at Case Western Reserve University. He completed a neuroimmunology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Mellen Center during which time he was a National Multiple Sclerosis Society Sylvia Lawry fellow. He also completed a master's degree in clinical research from Case Western Reserve University.
Dr. Conway’s research interests include clinical trials and outcomes based research. He is involved in several clinical trials at the Mellen Center serving in multiple roles including site principal investigator and examining neurologist. He is also a past recipient of the Neurological Institute Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation scholar award.
Dr. Conway is also an Associate Professor of Neurology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. I think that for the information that the doctor & I discussed this time, the video visit was a good choice. A video visit is not appropriate for other types of visits to the doctor.

Dr. Conway is an excellent doctor. He is thorough & perceptive In his evaluations of a health Issue. He Is very patient answering my questions. I never feel rushed. He explains any testing he wants to do & why. He is professional & also kind & understanding.

My doctor was very patient and thorough. He took his time to listen and perform his examination. He asked several questions to better understand my situation and constructed a good plan to help figure the cause of my health issues. He was very attentive and demonstrated concern during my visit and also answered all the questions I had for him.

Dr. Conway is excellent. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. He demonstrates unconditional positive regard. He included me in all of decisions about my care and answered my questions and my wife's question about new treatment possibilities and recent research about new medications. Dr. Conway took his time with me and I never got the sense that he was hurrying to get to his next patient. He treated you as his only patient which is remarkable in today's healthcare setting. In reviewing his detailed clinical notes, it was abundantly clear he heard all of my concerns and fully listened to me.

Dr. Conway is the best doctor I have seen since returning to Cleveland (and I have seen many!) I could not ask for a more intelligent, attentive, caring and friendly, yet professional doctor. He has been a steady support for me through a very unsettling 3 years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! I also saw Dr. Afzal on this visit and she was very nice and professional, too!
