Switched from Metro. The compassion, time taken to explain my specific situation, the medical plan is at a much higher level. The Doctor has been outstanding. Getting this complicated disease down to a level that is understandable for someone like me.

This was my first time meeting Dr Basali and I was very impressed by her friendly professionalism and her willingness to discuss details of my conditions and going the extra mile to enable me to get in touch with other professionals outside of her area of expertise. She's caring, competent and doesn't make you feel rushed. I am delighted to have her as my Hemotologist.
