PA Ms.Erasso surpassed any hopes I had for a good examination. She was professional and kind as well as very gentle. She explained my procedure clearly and the reason behind It. I admit I wasn't looking forward to the examination, but meeting Ms. Erasso turned that around and I look forward to seeing her again. The Best!
