In reference to Dr. Nair, this guy is clearly at the top of his game. 100% competent and professional, he asked all the right questions and gave reassuring answers to my questions showing a great deal of patience. In the Columbus area at OSU and Mt Carmel hospitals I''ve had to deal with extremely poor quality of care, and dismissive, unprofessional demeanors are commonplace. My encounters with Dr. Nair make these organizations look very foolish in comparison to Cleveland Clinic. He was even willing to discuss my medical history with a rare condition called IIH, which has always been dismissed at other institutions.

Dr Nair has always treated me as a person. He is kind, knowledgeable and professional. He also asks how my husband is doing.

The only trouble is that very good just isn't nearly good enough to describe Dr. Nair's care. Words like considerate, exemplary, kind, concernedfar better express the treatment the patient receives from this particular physician. He respects you as a person and not just as a patient.
