Dr. Maytin provided clear responses to my concerns and took time to make sure he addressed all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Shifa Aktar, his Resident, saw me first. She was personable, empathetic, examined me and responded to my concerns also. Dr. Maytin examined me after he came in to see me accompanied by Dr. Aktar, his resident. He was easy to talk with, examined me, even sat during our conversation which put me at ease and made me feel he was not rushing our appointment, was concerned about ensuring he gave me answers to my questions, and was really listening to me. Given Dr. Martin's status at the CCF, I was surprised but extremely pleased I was seen by the doctor in Dermatology in charge.
