Elizabeth was very nice and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions.

This visit was not good the hearing nurse was good but I never saw the ear nose doctor

Dr. Cooper was excellent, took extra time to diagnose and fix hearing aids.

The doctor had mentioned that they noticed in my file a particular issue as the reason for referral. The doctor then mentioned that they saw this issue extending for a greater period of time in my case. After providing their understanding/viewpoint of my health issue, they then asked if any inaccuracies or changes needed to be made. Was very pleasantly surprised that the provider did this, regardless of whether or not it was part of their duties.

Dr. Cooper is superb. She was so thorough and concerned about my progress with her hearing therapy. I felt guilty for the amount of time she spent with me, but she assured me of her necessary interventions. I very much enjoy her work with me.

She was excellent. Thoroughly explained everything and every step of my hearing testing.
