Ellen was thorough and assured I was comfortable with the updates she provided with my hearing aids. She explained the new equalization options and covered how I could return with any Issues.

Dr Foltz is great! She takes the time to explain everything. She works with you to determine the best hearing aids for you. She explained how to use them & the charger. She's very thorough, a great listener and a pleasure to talk to.
